Birla Evara buildings make up the 25-acre Bangalore complex on Sarjapur Road. There are 1594 flats in the houses, with sizes ranging from one to four bedrooms. This Birla Evara Master Plan  building has rooms that are between 458 and 1681 square feet in size. This modern urban project 75% of the land is plants and open space. The building of Birla Evara Bangalore will begin on May 25, 2025, and end on December 25, 2031. The model pieces will be built after the project starts. It will be torn down when it's done.
