Purpose: Champion Ireland’s indigenous digital infrastructure companies within the DII partner base, including those from engineering, construction, technology, professional services, and specialist supplier sectors, and make their capability visible, scalable, and exportable, positioning DII members as delivery-proven hyperscale partners in international markets, with DII serving as the conduit between the market buy side, and our partners supply side.

Working Committee Scope

  • Profiling the capability of Irish indigenous members across the digital infrastructure value chain.

  • Crafting the value proposition of savings in time and cost when working through DII and its partners vs a global patchwork approach to hyperscale programmes.

  • Identifying barriers to growth, scale, and international expansion, and proposing collective responses.

  • Connecting members with international opportunities surfaced by other committees.

  • Ensuring procurement, partnership, and consortium models give indigenous members a fair route to participate and to win abroad.

  • Coordinating with Enterprise Ireland, IDA, and other agencies to amplify member reach in export markets.
