Ronan Kelly serves as Chief Executive Officer of Digital Infrastructure Ireland (DII), bringing over 30 years of technology leadership and deep expertise across global telecommunications and digital networks. Prior to joining DII, Ronan served as Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at AllPoints Fibre Networks. A Dublin native, his distinguished career includes serving three terms as President of FTTH Council Europe, where he drove substantial growth in international membership and industry engagement. He holds both an MBA and an MSc from TU Dublin.

As CEO, Ronan guides DII through its next phase as an industry-owned organization dedicated to advancing Ireland's data center and infrastructure ecosystem. His focus centers on delivering strategic clarity, championing long-term policy certainty, and supporting industry partners as Ireland competes for the next wave of global digital infrastructure investment.
