Working Committee Scope

  • Establish DII as the trusted advisor and single source of truth for the key metrics that define the sector globally.

  • Demand-side intelligence: hyperscaler, enterprise, and sovereign demand by region and segment.

  • Supply-side intelligence: capacity and resource gaps, and competitive positioning across geographies.

  • Benchmarking Ireland and DII members against comparable jurisdictions and peer associations.

  • Identifying target markets and use cases for DII partner outward promotion.

  • Producing the evidence base that underpins the work of all other committees.
