Purpose: Grow SheConnects into the leading community for the advancement of women across Ireland’s digital infrastructure sector, providing DII and its partners with a credible, evidence-based perspective of inclusion across the industry so partners, international clients, future graduates, employment prospects and investors see a sector that strives to attract, retain, and advance diverse talent.

Broader inclusion: tracking where the industry attracts and advances talent from all backgrounds, and where it lags — a supporting focus alongside the primary women-in-sector mission.
Tracking international diversity and inclusion standards and client expectations that shape how Irish capability is perceived abroad.
Surfacing practical interventions members can adopt in their own recruitment, retention, and progression to achieve exemplar status on a global stage.
