You will be responsible for delivering fully coordinated, clash-free, and fabrication-ready MEP models that support design, offsite manufacturing, and onsite installation. The role acts as the key link between design, BIM, fabrication, and site teams, ensuring models are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.
