🔹 Provide expert technical support to clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
🔹 Review and approve specifications, drawings, and BIM Revit models for major projects.
🔹 Manage technical documentation using platforms such as iAuditor and NBS, ensuring accuracy.
🔹 Contribute to product innovation, sustainability-focused solutions, and industry engagement.
🔹 Deliver training sessions to upskill installers and internal teams, enhancing knowledge across the business.
🔹 Analyse market trends, support new product development, and champion sustainable design practices.
