We’re looking for a Field Tech Manager to lead our team of Field Technicians across Ireland, ensuring the flawless execution and handover of MOY’s waterproofing systems.
Key Highlights:
🔹 Lead a regional field team, managing schedules, performance targets, and development plans.
🔹 Conduct technical inspections and oversee pre- and post-installation surveys across projects.
🔹 Deliver hands-on support and specialist training in single-ply, RBM, liquid, and hot-melt systems.
🔹 Act as a primary liaison for contractors, architects, surveyors, and clients.
🔹 Optimise operations, reporting, and CRM upkeep across all field activities.
🔹 Support cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and R&D, through technical insights.
🔹 Ensure health & safety compliance, delivering toolbox talks and safety audits on site.
