Paroc Panel System is known worldwide for making Stone wool-based sandwich panels for External walls, internal walls and Ceilings which are known for maximum certified fire safe solutions, structural strength and low carbon credibility in mainly Data Centers, Production buildings and Commercial buildings.

We are looking for experienced Sales Representative to drive sales growth and market development in the assigned region with a strong focus on mineral wool panels and solutions. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong market presence.
Responsibilities:
Grow sales of insulated panels in the assigned region.
Find and win new customers, projects, and opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and pricing within company rules.
Prepare offers and ensure correct payment terms.
Analyse competitors and market trends, suggest actions.
Launch and promote new insulated panels products.
Build strong relationships with architects, investors, developers, and contractors.
Maintain regular contact with customers and expand portfolio.
Track sales results, update CRM, and prepare reports.
Support claims handling and propose fair solutions.
Cooperate with accounting on payments and stock with office staff.
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Follow company policies and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Equivalent proven experience in a sales role in the construction / façade / insulation sector.
3–5 years of experience in sales in the building materials industry, preferably insulated panels or façade systems.
Proven track record in acquiring new projects and successfully closing B2B sales.
Strong customer orientation and active listening skills.
Advanced negotiation and presentation skills (to architects, investors, and decision-makers).
Market knowledge of façade, insulation, and industrial/commercial construction projects.
Ability to manage contracts, claims, and complex commercial processes.
Analytical thinking and time management.
Stress resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Cultural awareness and strong communication skills.
Solid knowledge of business legislation and commercial regulations.
Familiarity with competitors and products in the insulation and façade markets.
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP, FABS)
English – advanced (C1).
German – fluent.
