ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Internal Sales and Customer Service Executive who would like to be part of Europe’s leading independent distributor of Data Cabling and Network products.
RWL are looking for an experienced Internal Sales individual who possesses good computer and communication skills. The Internal Sales Executive will join the sales team, this role will report directly to the Sales Director. The core objective of this role is to support the business in achieving the primary goals of customer satisfaction and business growth through management of the enquiry and quotation process.
Qualifications & Experience:
Min. 2 years experience in Data or Electrical sales distribution
Experience in Account Management.
Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of CRM systems.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Hardworking, honest with a strong desire to succeed.
Experience with Sage 200 an advantage Must be a team player.
