ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is responsible for leading and continually improving the Alternative Heat Integrated Management System (AH-IMS), covering quality, health & safety, and environmental requirements. It involves coaching managers and employees to embed ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements into practical policies, procedures and processes, while ensuring effective document control and compliance with legislation, standards and customer requirements.
The role also leads and supports internal, external and certification audits, manages nonconformities and corrective actions, facilitates root-cause analysis, monitors KPIs and trends, and coordinates management reviews.
A key focus is driving continual improvement, reducing risks and defects, strengthening operational controls, sharing lessons learned, and promoting a positive culture of quality, safety, environmental responsibility and compliance across the organisation.
