ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Reporting directly to our Operations Director, you’ll be responsible for originating maintenance opportunities from:Past Capcon projects
    Projects not originally completed by Capcon
    This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can build a team, develop systems and processes, and drive business growth through direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing Service, Sales & Maintenance Operations

  • Proactively identify and develop maintenance opportunities from Capcon’s historic and external project base

  • Manage and deliver reactive and planned maintenance contracts across multiple sectors

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing maintenance team

  • Carry out on-site inspections, diagnosis, and minor remedial works where required

  • Prepare proposals and service agreements for new and existing clients

  • Contract management, service delivery & reporting

  • Liaise with internal Capcon teams, contractors, and clients to ensure service excellence

  • Ensure all work is compliant with industry regulations and Capcon’s quality standards
