The Role
- Supervising site activities, daily meeting, daily site walks, Co-ordinate with other trades, liaise with the client.
- Align yourself with all Health & Safety documentation as per client’s requirements.
- Tracking clients programme to ensure we are in line with the project time frame.
- Managing resources and identifying skills sets required to carry out tasks.
- Identifying materials and equipment that may be required.
- Ensuring work is carried out accurately, following drawings and specifications.
- Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high quality and standard.
- Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site.
- Adhering to all Health & Safety policies on site and ensuring total compliance to these by our team of Engineers, General Ops and Apprentices and Sub-contractors.
- Ensure all aspects of the work carried out meet with contractual requirements and that the contract is delivered on time, within budget and of excellent quality.
- Installation to be followed as per manufactures installation guidelines.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate progress reports.
- Record daily activity task sheets for all site tasks.
- Communicating project progress to contract manager.
Skills & Experience
- Industry trade qualification.
- 2 years’ experience in construction/HVAC industry.
- Read schematics and drawings.
- Skills in MS word suite.
- BIM/Navis works navigation skills.
- Customer focused in order to provide the best service possible.
- Have an interest in Air Conditioning/Electrical works.
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass (or equivalent) is desirable.
