ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-quality technical and compliance training programmes across the Dundalk and wider Irish operations.
The role will support workforce competency, operational safety, and technical capability by delivering both classroom and practical training aligned to company procedures, industry best practice, and applicable Republic of Ireland health, safety and environmental legislation.
The role will work closely with operational teams, project managers, and the wider Training & Development function to identify skills gaps, develop training solutions, and ensure employees are competent, compliant, and confident in their roles.
