ABOUT THE ROLE
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including goods-in, storage, inventory management, and dispatch. You’ll lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring high standards of accuracy, organisation, and health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of warehouse operations from receipt to dispatch
Lead, train and motivate the warehouse team to meet KPIs and deadlines
Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and company procedures
Maintain accurate stock control and implement efficient inventory practices
Work closely with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
About You:
Proven experience in warehouse/logistics management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of health & safety and manual handling best practices
Forklift licence desirable but not essential
