Digital Infrastructure Ireland (DII) has entered its next chapter, transitioning in June 2025 to a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG). This legal shift reinforces its partner-led, community-driven focus, enhancing governance and transparency. Maurice Mortell is the new Chairperson, and Michelle Wallace steps in as interim CEO. Founders Garry Connolly and Denise Cray remain on the Board. DII's vision is for Ireland to reclaim its status as a premier global digital infrastructure destination.
