ABOUT THE ROLE
PSE is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as “Project Manager”. This role is based in our Citywest facility and will report directly to COO. The successful candidate will be responsible for “overseeing and managing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.”
Key Responsibilities:
Project handover from sales
Define project scope
Produce scope of works
Management of logistics from supply chain partners
Project Scheduling
Site Visits / Surveys
Attendance at Meetings / Meeting Minutes
Scope of Works Change Tracking
Variations Tracking & Management
Variations / Scope Change
Product & Parts Purchase Requisition & Tracking
RAMS – Risk Assessment / Method Statements (in conjunction with EHS Manager)
Project Cost Tracking – Materials & Labour Hours
Sub-contractor Liaison & Management
Safety Statements
Insurances
Site-pass / safe pass
Preparation and presentation of handover / O+M package (including Service Annuity / Service Level Agreement)
Commercial acumen
Qualifications:
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing electrical projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
