Digital Infrastructure Ireland (DII) has entered its next chapter, transitioning in June 2025 to a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG). This legal shift reinforces its partner-led, community-driven focus, enhancing governance and transparency. Maurice Mortell is the new Chairperson, and Michelle Wallace steps in as interim CEO.
